F2Cloud DevOps
Managed DevOps: Development Zone as a Service
Designing development, test and production environments together with deployment operations and responsibilities.
Live flow
- Change / workflow
- Feedback
Plan the team → build an isolated zone → connect Git and delivery → operate
Conceptual animation; real throughput and volume depend on your agreed scope.
01What this service means
Build the product. Make the path to production clear.
When releases depend on one laptop or one person's memory, every deployment becomes a risk. Environments and ownership need to be visible.
Outputs of the agreed scope
Environment architecture, deployment and rollback flow, access model and agreed operational responsibilities.
Important boundary
Application correctness and product development remain with the software team unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Updates, capacity, monitoring and security are run by F2.
The toolchain is agreed during discovery; application code and business logic remain customer-owned.
Many software teams spend a large share of their time upgrading Kubernetes clusters, keeping build servers alive and managing registry storage. F2Cloud DevOps delivers that infrastructure as a monthly managed service.
The Development Zone brings development and staging environments, CI/CD infrastructure, isolated build runners, a container image registry, artifact and package repositories and software update distribution servers together in one managed zone.
Teams and projects are separated by access controls and tenant isolation. Logging, metrics and monitoring are part of the service.
Technical scope and limits
- Application code and business logic remain the customer's responsibility.
- Container security and runtime protection are offered in supported environments.
- The toolchain (Git provider, CI tool) is agreed during discovery.
Frequently asked questions
What is a development environment as a service?
Development, test, build and delivery infrastructure built and operated by a provider, isolated per team.
Does it work with our existing Git repositories?
Yes. Your Git provider and CI tool are assessed during discovery and the integration is planned.
Can you host production too?
Yes. WebShield covers web and API workloads, and managed Kubernetes covers containerised production.

What is managed Kubernetes? Defining service boundaries
Creating a cluster is not the same as operating one. Upgrades, observability, security and ownership boundaries define the actual service.
-
Kubernetes backup and recovery: from manifests to data
A cluster can be rebuilt, but its application data and dependencies do not return automatically.
-
OpenShift application backup and recovery: not the whole cluster
Backing up an OpenShift application is not the same scenario as recovering an entire cluster. The proposal must state explicitly which one is in scope.
03What confidence is built on
Less adjectives. More accountability.
F2Cloud brings F2 Bilişim's networking, cybersecurity and virtualization engineering into a managed service model. A sound decision needs clear boundaries as well as commitments.
- 01
Written scope. Clear ownership.
Which workloads are protected? Who monitors and responds? The proposal defines architecture, included services and responsibility boundaries.

A target matters when it is measured.
RPO and RTO are set around your workloads. Recovery exercises assess applications, networking and access together. A target is not a guarantee.

Know where data lives and who can reach it.
A Turkey-hosting assessment must cover primary data, backups, logs and support access. KVKK considerations include data flows and roles, not location alone.
