What it is
Your infrastructure is designed and operated by F2 engineers, together with backup, recovery, DevOps and security layers.
F2 BilişimManaged cloud services
Your business continuity. Our starting point.
From protecting data to restarting applications. From development environments to secure web access. We design around the work your infrastructure carries.
Architecture designed together Application + network + security
Defined operational ownership A clearly scoped monthly service model
Workload-specific recovery Preparation, testing and measured targets
01What does a managed cloud service mean?
Cloud is not about renting resources; it is about designing, protecting and operating the platform your business runs on. At F2Cloud we take that responsibility in four parts.
Explore our service modelYour infrastructure is designed and operated by F2 engineers, together with backup, recovery, DevOps and security layers.
Not a product license; architecture decisions, operational ownership and regular testing. The monthly scope is written and measurable.
We map your workloads in discovery, design the architecture together, and run operations and recovery exercises on a defined schedule.
An organization prepared for outages, clear responsibility boundaries, and a team focused on its business instead of infrastructure.
02Cloud, around your business
F2Cloud Backup 01 / 05
Managed server and virtual-machine backups, retention and restore testing.
We size workloads, data volume, change rate and retention requirements.
Daily, weekly and monthly points, immutability windows and encryption are defined.
A first full copy is taken, then changed blocks are transferred.
Backup integrity is checked and sample restores are reported.
01 Workloads Server · VM · data
What to protect is defined.
02 Encrypted transfer Full + incremental
Data is protected in transit.
03 Backup storage Retention policy
Restore points are retained.
04 Restore test Integrity check
Recovery is verified, not assumed.
Backup protects data; restoring application operations is designed separately with DRaaS.
F2Cloud Recovery 02 / 05
Preparing and testing an alternative runtime for critical applications, including networking, security and recovery order.
Backups or supported replication updates flow to F2Cloud.
Recovery network, security and capacity stay defined and ready.
Workloads start in dependency order; network and security services come online.
Traffic moves via DNS/GSLB and application health checks run.
01 Source environment VM · data · application
Workloads are protected.
02 F2Cloud recovery Prepared capacity
Recovery network and capacity are ready.
03 Network + security Firewall · VPN · DNS
Systems start in the right order.
04 Business application Health validation
Business service is validated.
RTO and RPO are project-specific targets measured in exercises. Recovery time requires preparation and application validation.
F2Cloud DevOps 03 / 05
Designing development, test and production environments together with deployment operations and responsibilities.
Team size, VM/Kubernetes needs and pipelines are defined.
Environments, runners and registry are configured.
Your Git repositories and deployment processes are connected.
Updates, capacity, monitoring and security are run by F2.
01 Software team Code + business logic
Team resource needs are defined.
02 Development Zone Dev · test · staging
Environments are separated.
03 Delivery chain Runner · registry · Git
Existing workflows are connected.
04 F2 operations Monitoring + updates
Your team owns code; F2 runs infrastructure.
The toolchain is agreed during discovery; application code and business logic remain customer-owned.
F2Cloud WebShield 04 / 05
Operating web and API workloads with hosting, traffic management and the DDoS/WAF controls agreed in scope.
User and bot traffic reaches WebShield.
Volumetric attack traffic is mitigated at the network layer.
Application-layer attack patterns are inspected and blocked.
Clean traffic is distributed to healthy application servers.
01 Internet traffic Users + bots
Traffic enters the protection path.
02 DDoS mitigation Network layer
Volumetric attack traffic is mitigated.
03 WAF + firewall Application layer
Requests are inspected against policy.
04 Application pool Health + load balancing
Traffic reaches healthy servers.
Protection capacity is defined in scope; blocking all attacks is not guaranteed. Backup and DRaaS are optional.
F2Cloud Security 05 / 05
Positioning supported Kaspersky EDR and Container Security options around workload threats, platforms and operations.
Server and container workloads to protect are identified.
Supported agents and policies are rolled out.
Detections and security logs are monitored centrally.
Isolation and recovery steps follow the incident workflow.
01 Workload inventory Server + container
Supported scope is established.
02 Protection layers EDR · image · network
Agents and policies are deployed.
03 Central visibility Detection + logging
Suspicious behaviour becomes visible.
04 Incident response Isolation + recovery
The incident plan guides action.
EDR and container protection are available only in supported environments. No security product blocks every threat.
03Two questions. Two different needs.
Backup preserves a restore point. Disaster recovery prepares the servers, databases, networking and access an application needs. They are different services within the same continuity plan.
04What confidence is built on
F2Cloud brings F2 Bilişim's networking, cybersecurity and virtualization engineering into a managed service model. A sound decision needs clear boundaries as well as commitments.
Which workloads are protected? Who monitors and responds? The proposal defines architecture, included services and responsibility boundaries.
Explore the detailsRPO and RTO are set around your workloads. Recovery exercises assess applications, networking and access together. A target is not a guarantee.

Decision guide 01
Backup protects data. Disaster recovery prepares the environment, dependencies and operations needed to resume the business using that data.
Decision guide 02
Not on its own. Data location is an important input, but legal grounds, security and actual data flows need separate assessment.
Decision guide 03
Creating a cluster is not the same as operating one. Upgrades, observability, security and ownership boundaries define the actual service.
